A note from Jamie Southgate, Key Account Director for the new WSCC Partnership
You may have heard the recent news that ISS has been awarded a new contract with West Sussex County Council (WSCC).
From 1 August, 2026, ISS will deliver school catering to primary schools across West Sussex.
We are extremely excited about the new partnership and the opportunities it brings.
You and the team delivering catering to the schools are critical to its success so your role may transfer to ISS for the new contract.
Your current employer will have confirmed this with you.

In August, we will be holding in-person training sessions at various schools for colleagues transferring to ISS to attend before September. Please register for the session you would like to attend here.
FEED Roadshows taking place across West Sussex - 1 - 17 July
We’re excited to be visiting schools and communities across West Sussex from 1 June to 17 July in preparation for September. The Roadshows are a great opportunity for parents, pupils and school staff to get to know the ISS team, understand what we will be serving to the children from September and also tasting samples from our new menu! Completing your TUPE 121 Form
Before the new contract starts, we need all new employees to complete a TUPE 121 Form to tell us details about you including important information such as bank details so that we can set you up on our payroll system. Please click here to download and complete the form.
